This year the CRM audit team will carry out an extensive data validation exercise that will start on the 16th May. Each hospital will be sent an analysis of its data in the form of a validation report, as well as guidance on how to check and amend data, over the next few days. The validation process will start this week and end mid-June, so if you have not received your validation reports by Friday 18th May at the latest then please contact Sarah (sarah.ajayi@bartshealth.nhs.uk) and Shenaka (shenaka.singarayer@bartshealth.nhs.uk) urgently.
NOTE: We have recently updated our CRM contacts, but are aware that we may not have the correct contacts for all those responsible for validating their hospital data, so please let us know at your earliest convenience if there has been a change to contact details for authorised CRM staff. |
