Sending Patient Identifiable Information
If you need to send information containing patient details (Names, Hospital number, NHS number etc.) to NICOR. Please can you ensure it is sent to the NICOR technical helpdesk team only (and NOT to NICOR project managers / project coordinators).
Also can you please ensure this information is only sent via the NICOR secure Drop Box facility. Patient identifiable information must not be sent and or attached in emails.
The NICOR drop box facility is available to both Lotus Notes Client and web users via the NICOR Portal (see screen grabs below). If you are not sure how to send this information securely please contact the NICOR helpdesk team.
