It has become apparent that there is a problem with the replica of MINAP on the NICOR 3 server. Until this problem can be rectified, if you are experiencing issues with connectivity / performance please change your server to NICOR2 for the time being and use that replica
You can do this from the change server button on the portal landing page and selecting NICOR 2.
