Please be advised that Lotus Notes access to the NICOR Heart Failure audit is currently unavailable on NICOR2, this is due to a view indexing problem. WEB access to Heart Failure remains un-affected and can be accessed on the NICOR WEB portal in the normal way.
Until further notice please access the Lotus Notes copy of Heart Failure on NICOR3.
To do this click on the "change server" button found on the NICOR portal main page.

No other audits have been impacted, this issue only relates to Lotus Notes access to Heart Failure.
